The final 2021 cash available for distribution number could have a big impact on the dividend safety rating a year from now. In the meantime, over the next 12 months, the distribution looks fairly safe.

With demand soaring and a pickup in inflation imminent, energy could be one of the leading sectors in the stock market. Make sure you’re positioned accordingly.

Despite the low payout ratio, it has made two dividend cuts and recently had a decline in free cash flow.

The dividend is now more than double what it was before the financial crisis in 2008 and 2009 and I expect an increase later this year.
