The press is finally paying attention.

When CEOs and other executives — who know more about the company than you and I — put their money where their are mouths are and make significant purchases, I listen.

Thanks to low yields, high valuations and rising interest rates, most American investors will struggle to make money in U.S. stocks for the next five to seven years. But we can do better. Much better. 12% per year or better, to be specific.
