When dividends are distributed by exceptional businesses monthly, it’s delicious icing on top of an already attractive cake.

Many believe a housing market recovery isn’t far off. Here are two attractive names; one the sector’s premier franchise, the other, with roughly 20% upside potential.

Their consistent demand is too compelling to ignore.

I’m not saying they will be bought up, but if I were an institutional investor looking to expand my real estate holdings, I’d certainly at least consider this trio of possibilities.
