Don’t put your retirement at unnecessary risk.

Long-term care (LTC) can easily become your biggest retirement expense. And paying for it is a big reason retirees outlive their savings. Contrary to popular belief or wishful thinking, you need a plan.

This company has consecutively raised its dividend since 2012… and it shows no signs of stopping.

As long as funds from operations (FFO) continue upward, the dividend will be safe.

We usually don’t like to see declining cash flows, but the company’s low payout ratio and history of raises make the dividend a safe bet.
