These stocks are ideal “pick and shovel” plays on the AI boom.

The three investments we’re discussing today yield between 10.7% and 12.5% and trade at a discount to their book values.

Today, with still-high rates but a cooldown around the corner, we have a nice shot at locking in some healthy bond dividends AND set ourselves up for gains, too.

As contrarian investors, we want to fade the “high long rate” hysteria.

Thanks to a two-year run of rising interest rates, these bond-like investments are cheap. But I don’t expect this to be the case for long, with rates ready to relax.
