It’s that time of the quarter again, where we get a sneak-peak into the latest portfolio changes of two of the world’s richest men, Warren Buffett and Bill Gates.
These billionaires should be some of the best-informed investors on the planet, so it’s always interesting to see which stocks they’ve been loading up on… and which ones they’ve been dumping.
In case you missed it, yesterday’s alert identified nine stocks Buffett recently purchased… and we called particular attention to one of our personal favorites, Intel (Nasdaq: INTC).
Today, we’re reporting on the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust’s latest portfolio changes.
Here’s a summary of what it’s been buying and selling…

Visit our Gates Tracker for the details of these transactions, as well as the Foundation’s entire portfolio of U.S.-listed stocks.
However, as we’ve noted in several alerts lately, Gates has continued to sell shares of *Autonation (NYSE: AN) like crazy this year.
In fact, since we last checked in, Gates has already sold another 451,974 shares of the stock.
By our math, that brings his current holdings to about 3.1 million shares (down from 5 million shares on December 31, 2011).
Again, you’ll find all the details of these transactions in our Gates Tracker.
Good investing!
